Exchange and return

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On Consumer Protection», you can:

- Exchange goods of good quality
- Exchange goods if they do not match the ordered one
- Return or exchange goods if there is a defect

The goods are subject to exchange if the following conditions are met:

  • The product is in new condition, without damage
  • A receipt confirming the purchase of the goods
  • Goods in original packaging
  • No more than 14 days have passed since the parcel was received

Goods of individual production are not subject to exchange.
